A dedicated meditator for the last 15 years, Danielle began her physical yoga practice in 2013. Since that time she has become - and will forever be - a dedicated student and practitioner.
She has completed over 800-hours Yoga Alliance certified training and 100-hours of Pilates International Training.
As a result Danielle’s classes are uniquely dynamic. Her approach and inspiration is rooted from the different styles of yoga she has studied: Ashtanga, Forrest Yoga, Sacred Geometry Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga, Kundalini.
Danielle strives to share what she has gained in a way that shows her students an intelligent use of energy.
