Imagine walking into the yoga studio and knowing you can hold a free-standing handstand. This program gives you the confidence to build your handstand journey in the right sequence to and is proven to work with many students before you.

With smart programming (and hard work) you can build the flexibility and strength to hold a free-standing handstand.

This is the training program I use personally, every week.

Training is centered around
a full range of motion
+ progressive handstand techniques

The long-term
targets & progressions include:

✓ Tuck Handstand
✓ Straddle Handstand
✓ Pike Handstand
✓ L shape Handstand

The Handstand Program is a monthly subscription training program. 2 workouts per week, every week, for 6 months.

The program incorporates several variables of progressive overload. Progressions for the movements listed above will scale gradually and cycle for 6 months.  Term is either quarterly or month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime. However please keep in mind with this style of training best results require consistent practice over a long-term time horizon
