Mobility, Flexibility & Strength
is a monthly subscription training program.
3 workouts per week, every week, for 6 months.

The program incorporates several variables of progressive overload. Progressions for the movements listed above will scale gradually and cycle for 6 months.  Term is either quarterly or month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime. However please keep in mind with this style of training best results require consistent practice over a long-term time horizon.
