MAY 3 & 4 - CORNERSTONES OF THE PRACTICE (16HRS YA CET $695)

Join us for a dynamic 16-hour module that provides a comprehensive foundation in key aspects of yoga practice and philosophy. Over two intensive days, you'll be introduced to the essentials of Vinyasa Yoga, exploring the fluid connection between breath and movement. Dive into the Anatomy of the Nervous System and understand the physiological impact of yoga on stress and relaxation.

The course also covers Pranayama and the Anatomy of the Breath, enhancing your breathing techniques for both personal and teaching practices. Learn about the Bandhas, the energetic locks that stabilize and energize your practice, and gain an Introduction to Sanskrit, deepening your connection to yoga’s ancient language.

Additional topics include the cleansing practices of Kriyas, the three qualities or Gunas that influence behavior and mind, and the Kleshas, the afflictions that cause suffering. MAY 8 (Evening only), 9,10 & 11 - MANTRA & PHILOSOPHY: THE FOUNDATIONS OF YOGIC WISDOM (30HRS YA CET $995)

Immerse yourself in a transformative 30-hour module that explores the core philosophical teachings and practices of yoga. Spread over three days and one evening of Kirtan, this course delves into the profound texts and concepts that form the backbone of yogic wisdom. You'll study the Yoga Sutras, The Eight Limbs of Yoga, and The Bhagavad Gita, gaining insights into their relevance in modern practice.

MAY 19 - 23 - CREATIVE SEQUENCING & THE ART OF ASSISTS (40HRS YA CET $1295)

Over four immersive days, you’ll explore the principles of intelligent sequencing, learning to create balanced, impactful, and innovative practices that inspire and empower your students. MAY 19 - 23RD - DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE MORNING INTENSIVES ($300)

This 5-day, 10-hour immersion is designed for intermediate and advanced practitioners looking to refine their skills, explore advanced postures, and deepen their connection to their physical and spiritual practice. Each day includes a 2-hour morning session (8:30 am – 10:30 am), blending dynamic asana, meditation, and pranayama for a holistic approach to your yoga journey.

Yoga Practice Requirement

To successfully complete the Teacher Training course, it is recommended you have at least six months to a year’s yoga practice experience of an average of 2‐3 classes per week.

Accreditation

Upon successful completion of the course, you are eligible to receive a 200hr accreditation from Yoga Alliance. This will allow you to apply to be a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. Following registration with either body you will be able to obtain insurance covering you for yoga teaching.  

The 200hr Teacher Training Program totally immerses the students in the knowledge of Asana, the philosophy of yoga, mantra and intense personal development to prepare the student for the role as a teacher. You will leave with an in­‐depth understanding of anatomy, sound, assisting and sequencing, mantra, chakras, meditation, connecting with your class, and practical teaching experience with feedback.

    LEAD FACILITATOR

    Danielle originally came to the practice of Yoga through her studies of Vedic Meditation and has since completed over 800 hours of Yoga Alliance certified training and 100 hours of Pilates International Training. Her approach and inspirations are rooted from the different styles of yoga she has studied: Ashtanga, Forrest Yoga, Sacred Geometry Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga, Kundalini. As a result, Danielle’s classes are uniquely dynamic, empowering experiences. She creates a supportive environment to guide her students to transform on the mat.

Danielle is a passionate teacher who empowers her students through dynamic and playful movement. Teaching for over 10 years, she is passionate about embodied alignment, creative sequencing and the art of hands-on assists.     LEAD FACILITATOR

    Max is the student of renowned Yog-Vedantic Master, Anand Mehorta Ji. Under his mentors close personal guidance living in the Himalayan foothills for 3 years, Max developed a thorough practice and capacity in the fields of Yoga, Meditation,  Breath-work, Kirtan, Kriya and Vedic Astrology (Jyotish). As an integrated practitioner, Max shares the timeless teachings of Yoga as passed down from Anand Ji in an accessible way, integrative way and artistic expression.
